Our expertise in high rise residential development is reflected in our 22 storey Leon House development in Croydon which delivers 263 luxury apartments and includes a 21st floor ‘Sky Lounge’ and hotel style lobby reception. Botany Bay Outlet Village, Chorley

Our ability to guide the complex development process for major mixed use schemes is apparent in our work on the Botany Bay Outlet Village in Chorley, Lancashire. Designed over 37 hectares of land either side of the Leeds to Liverpool Canal. The overall scheme consists of a 300,000 sq ft outlet village retail, 250 residential houses and employment uses.

Nelson Gate, Southampton

Masterplan work has commenced in partnership with Southampton City Council for a major mixed use development facing Southampton train station.

Our design creates an iconic development which fits seamlessly into the local authority’s masterplan for this part of the city. Centred around a two-tier public square, our proposals include a 144 bed hotel, 43,000 sq ft of offices, 225 residential units and 10,000 sq ft of A3 retail.
