More than 260 luxury apartments

In 2017, we put forward a bold plan to transform Leon House from a mediocre office, retail and restaurant space into a sophisticated residential development, befitting of its 22-storey status located in the heart of Croydon’s restaurant quarter.

As an example of the UK’s finest surviving mid-20th century brutalist architecture, we were conscious of working closely with the local authority and our architects to create a sympathetic conversion to accommodate 263 one- and two-bedroom apartments, a double-height lobby, a rooftop sky garden and private dining space.

Location

Through careful design and planning, we have been able to create a collection of apartments that not only meet London Design Guide sizes, but each one is spacious and light-filled, with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering enviable views of the capital city. Our attention to detail has been carried through to the form and function of the building to achieve a modern and minimalist design, using high standard materials, including oak flooring specialist ceramics and designer-specification appliances and fittings.

Residents are now enjoying their homes within the development.
