FI Real Estate Management (FIREM), the leading asset and property management company, has secured full occupancy at Oak House in Watford following a £2M investment in the 54,000 sq ft building’s future with the largest tenant – Europcar – taking the whole of the ground floor.
Developed in the 1990’s, Oak House has recently benefited from a major refurbishment to create a new reception area and restaurant facilities as well as other tenant amenities and more modern common areas.
James Raspin, FIREM’s Senior Asset Manager said: “As part of our strategic asset management approach, we believed in the potential of this building to deliver well located, high quality office space to more accurately reflect today’s occupiers’ requirements in Watford.
“As a result of this investment, we have not only secured Europcar but also new lettings to Capita, Fairhursts, Indigo Park Services UK, Omni Capital Retail Finance, the NHS Blood Transfusion Service and Pep & Co to achieve a full complement of tenants.”
Commented Matthew Rodgers, Head of HR Services at Europcar: “Our offices are looking great following the major refurbishment and the space works perfectly as all our team are on one floor.”
