FI Real Estate Management (FIREM), the asset and property management company, has announced the completion of the refurbishment of the reception and top floor office space at Friars House in Coventry city centre.
Friars House is located on the edge of the new Friargate development and will benefit from a new pedestrian bridge linking the city centre and train station, which has regular direct routes to London and the North. The refurbished space will offer Grade A accommodation with air conditioning, raised floors and panoramic views of the city centre.
There is currently 48,000 sq ft available in contiguous floors at the property.
James Raspin, Asset Manager at FIREM commented, “We are delighted to announce we have completed the refurbishment works at Friars House. There has been a lack of high quality office space in the city centre and we believe Friars House will plug that gap. With 48,000 sq ft available from floors of 6,880 sq ft we should be able to accommodate most requirements.”
