FI Real Estate Management (FI REM), the fastest growing asset and property management company in Europe, still has its roots in its ‘home town’ of Chorley in Lancashire where it maintains its headquarters within Botany Bay, one of Lancashire’s major visitor and retail attractions, and gives employment to several hundred people drawn from the Lancashire catchment area.
This year’s ‘Chorley at Christmas’ attractions have benefitted from a £5,000 donation from FI REM and as a result of this and other donations, the town has been able to fund a four metre tall, 30 metre long Snow Slide which is the centrepiece of the town’s Christmas markets.
Thousands of people turned out to the Christmas lights switch on and many more are expected to visit the snow slide and Christmas market which opened on Saturday 14 December.
Comments Tim Knowles, MD of FI REM: “ In business terms, we now operate all over the UK and Germany, which is our foothold into Europe for the future, but we never forget our roots.
“Everyone at FI REM is pleased and proud to enable Chorley to celebrate Christmas in style and we all wish everyone in the town and surrounding areas a very happy Christmas and New Year.”
